All our Operators attend initial training in understanding how to run their business.

We operate additional training on an individual needs basis. For example, if a new Operator used to work in sales we may suggest they attend our gardening module courses run by our Merrist wood trained trainer.

Having experienced running your business for a few months we offer business reviews where we look at many aspects of your business to identify what is working well and where more help may be needed. These reviews typically help operators raise their profitability and grow their business.
